Tentang Anak-anak Hebat
Pre-School dan Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Budhyaya II Santo Agustinus, sebuah institusi pendidikan dalam pelatihan dan Pelayanan konsultasi, ini diabdikan untuk perkembangan anak-anak usia dini secara khusus. Lembaga ini juga menyediakan program-program berbasis rumah untuk para keluarga yang memiliki anak berusia 0-5 tahun. Program-program yang ditawarkan ini untuk membantu para keluarga dapat menggunakan materi-materi dan pendekatan berbasis kenyataan. Kami percaya bahwa peningkatan kemampuan anak, pemberian bantuan ketrampilan untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah mendatang sangat tergantung dari hubungan sejak dini antara anak dengan orangtua dan lingkungan yang sehat mulai tahun-tahun pertama kehidupan mereka.

Misi institusi kami adalah mengedepankan hasil yang sebaik mungkin bagi anak-anak dan keluarga mereka di Indonesia dengan mendukung perkembangan anak-anak sejak dini yang berbasis rumah dan program-program lain yang mendukung anak-anak dan keluarga.

Tujuan Institusi:

* Menyediakan pelatihan yang berkualitas tinggi yang dijalankan para pelatih yang dibekali dengan program ekstensif. Dengan pembekalan yang memadahi mereka mampu menjalankan
Provide the highest quality training using trainers with extensive program experience to enable the staff and management of home visiting, parenting, preschool, orphanage and other programs for parents and children to develop exemplary skills in applying state of the art information and theory into daily practice.
* Memberikan konsultasi banatuan teknis kepada komunitas-komunitas dengan program-program kunjungan rumah, pre-school atau program-program lain untuk mendukung lingkungan yang aman dan sehat bagi anak-anak, agar mempromosikan kesempurnaan dalam rancangan program, penerapan, hasil-hasil yang dievaluasi dan integritas komunitas.

* Identify opportunities for developing significant long-term support, financial and otherwise, to promote nurturing and safe environments for children, and to undertake advocacy and other initiatives that capitalize on those opportunities.
* Develop and publish materials that educate the parents and caregivers of infants, toddlers and Preschoolers

We do not offer programs ourselves. Rather we partner with organizations already established in a community by providing the training and technical assistance they need to deliver and sustain their community, state or provincial-wide system. We value cultural competence in all of our work and specifically offer support in contextualizing our materials and training for the unique needs of the communities, states and provinces we serve.

Members of the GKI team have over three decades of experience in results-driven and evidence based service provision and management, effective program or systems planning and implementation, and in best practice focused curriculum development and training. Two GKI Directors were architects of in state home visitation programs as well as of the Healthy Families America Initiative. We have a track record of success in supporting development of effective systems for numerous early childhood and parenting programs.
Results of these programs have been documented by remarkably strong independent evaluations.

Great Kids Inc. has been working with parent education and support programs in the U.S. and Canada since the late 1970's and in the Philippines since the 1990's. Based on extensive experience in the field, we offer effective individualized consultation, program planning and implementation materials, a wide range of interactive training seminars, and curricula to support programs in reaching the solid results they are funded to achieve. Our strength is in translating theory, research, and complex concepts into practical strategies and actions for home visitation, child care and preschool programs to use with the families they serve. Our evidence based Growing Great Kids Prenatal – 5 year Parenting and Child Development Curricula are the cornerstones of applied theory.

GKI services and materials are focused on strength based skill development and capacity-building so that programs and systems can independently maintain their integrity over time as exemplified by our certification programs.

We are successful when systems are effective and when people working with families feel confident, demonstrate specific essential competencies for motivating families to grow and change, are committed to their work and achieve measurable results!
